JLounge Copenhagen – Reservation Policy

At JLounge Copenhagen, you can choose to pay the full price upfront or secure your item with a binding reservation fee. Regardless of your choice, the reservation fee is always applicable when shopping with us. This fee ensures the full reservation of your selected item, both nationally and internationally, for up to 7 days. During this period, the item cannot be purchased or bid on by anyone else. Simply ensure collection or arrange delivery within the 7-day timeframe.

This policy was introduced in response to frequent customer requests for the ability to reserve items. By offering this option, we guarantee that your selected item is held exclusively for you.

Reservation Fees

  • 300 DKK: Collection in store.

  • 600 DKK: Curbside delivery (delivery fee applies).

  • 1,000 DKK: Curbside delivery outside Copenhagen (delivery fee applies).

Reservation Terms

  • Once your order is placed, the item 

  • is reserved exclusively for you.

  • The item cannot be purchased or bid on by others, nationally or internationally.

  • Collection or delivery must occur within 7 days of the reservation date.

  • The reservation fee is binding and will be deducted from the final purchase price.

  • Note: The reservation fee is non-refundable in cases of cancellation, failure to collect, or if the full amount has been paid, the reservation fee will be deducted from the refund.

Return Policy

We do not offer returns, as all our items are vintage or pre-owned, unique, and prepared or restored specifically upon order.

Additional Information

  • Tax Policy: All items are sold under the margin scheme for second-hand goods, and VAT cannot be deducted.

  • Delivery:

    • Only available to fixed bridge-connected destinations in Denmark.

    • For international orders, we can assist in coordinating with a shipping agent.
