Reservation and purchase
When you place an online order at JLounge Copenhagen, you reserve the item. The transaction becomes binding when the item is either picked up or delivered.


This reservation policy has been developed to meet the increasing demand for the ability to reserve items. As our items are unique, a reservation is valid both nationally and internationally. The item is reserved exclusively for you for up to 7 days, during which no one else can buy or bid on it. It is important that you either collect the item or order delivery within this period.

Delivery
We offer delivery to bridge-connected areas in Denmark:
Delivery times: Monday to Sunday, 10:00–15:00
Price: From 300 kr.

Reservation amount
DKK 300 when picked up in showroom (Søborg)
600 DKK for delivery in Greater Copenhagen
DKK 1,000 for delivery outside Greater Copenhagen
Once you have made a reservation, you can book a pickup time through our system.
Important: Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. Cancellations made later than this will incur a fee of DKK 155.

The reservation amount is deducted from the total purchase price and is binding. It is not refundable in case of cancellation or failure to pick up within the 7 days. If you pay the full amount in advance, the full amount, less the reservation amount, will be refunded in case of cancellation.

Return Policy
As all our items are vintage or used and unique, they are prepared and refurbished specifically when ordered. Therefore, we do not offer returns. This policy applies to both private and business customers.

VAT and terms of sale
All goods are sold under the second-hand VAT scheme, which means that VAT cannot be deducted.

Reservations
We reserve the right to make changes and make reservations for:
Errors in product descriptions
Price changes
Sold out or discontinued items
Delivery changes
